Some people travel overseas as their jobs dictate. A considerable proportion of migrating workers travel with their children, which leads to the discussion of the pros and con of the practice. The writer believes that the advantages have the upper hand.
There truly is little room to argue against the downside of kids travelling with their working parents. Parents are likely sidetracked by the concerns for the physical, psychological, educational wellbeing of their kids. To be specific, children are relatively less adaptable toexotic food, loneliness, and the shift of their education environment. Though working parents bring help with them, their spouses, grandparents, and nannies for example, the help sometimes turns to worsen the situation at hand: the same problems might befall the help (to a lesser degree).
However, an alternative might be non-existent. It is within reason to conceive that parents who have a travelling agenda are fully aware of the weight of kids travelling with them. However, short of immediate help in the destination country or probably being single parents, workers sensibly decide to bring their kids along, which is the only choice, be it hard to accept or deal with.
Additionally, to some, the concept and practice of family is holy and supreme. Despite all thelooming difficulties, some people just take the high road and accept their obligations. They would rather, most likely, double their workload by personally shouldering such responsibilities ashandpicking schools for their kids and sifting the resumes of nanny applicants. To workers in this category, home responsibilities are inescapable and happiness-inducing tasks.
In sum, despite the commonly conceived downside in working overseas with kids around, some people see merits in the same practice because of their family belief and helplessness.
